We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and usage data when you create an account or generate papers. We also collect automatically-generated data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard logging and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve CraftExam, send transactional emails (paper confirmations, receipts), respond to support queries, and analyse product usage to improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement regular security audits and access controls.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and their privacy policy applies to payment processing.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and strictly-necessary functionality. We use analytics cookies (aggregated, non-personally-identifiable) to understand traffic. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@craftexam.in. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

CraftExam is intended for teachers (adults). We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email for significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
