By accessing or using CraftExam (craftexam.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
CraftExam is an AI-powered question paper generation platform for educators. We allow registered users to generate, preview, and download educational question papers for personal classroom use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per person or institution is permitted.
4. Free Plan & Paid Plans
The Free plan grants 3 lifetime paper generations at no cost. Paid plans are one-time purchases granting the specified number of paper generations. Unused generations do not expire. Payments are non-refundable once papers have been generated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CraftExam only for lawful, educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated papers without written permission. Automated scraping or bulk generation through unauthorized scripts is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The CraftExam platform, including its design, algorithms, and branding, is owned by CraftExam and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generated papers are owned by you for personal classroom use.
7. Limitation of Liability
CraftExam is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance.
